This Privacy Policy explains how Rural Concern LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in our mobile apps, Rural Traders and 5 Minute Lotto (each, an "App"). By using an App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Rural Traders
- Email address: collected when you sign up or log in.
- Profile name: provided by you during registration or profile setup.
5 Minute Lotto
- Account information: the username you choose and a unique account ID. We do not ask for your real name, email address, or phone number.
- Game data: your virtual coin balance, tickets, game history, winnings, and leaderboard stats.
- Purchase history: records of in-app coin purchases. Payments are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment card details.
2. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THIRD PARTIES
- Google Firebase (both Apps): stores account and app data securely so your account and progress are saved. Firebase acts as a service provider on our behalf.
- Google AdMob (5 Minute Lotto only): displays ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers, approximate location based on IP address, ad interaction data, and diagnostic and performance data to serve and measure ads. 5 Minute Lotto does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites. - Apple (5 Minute Lotto only): processes in-app purchases under Apple's own privacy policy.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
- To create, manage, and authenticate your account
- To provide each App's features, including saving game progress, running draws, and showing the leaderboard in 5 Minute Lotto
- To deliver coins you purchase or earn in 5 Minute Lotto
- To display ads in 5 Minute Lotto
- To communicate with you about account matters, such as password resets
- To fix bugs and improve the Apps
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for profiling.
4. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
We share information only with the service providers listed above, and when:
- Required by law, such as in response to a court order, subpoena, or government request.
- Part of a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If that happens, we will notify you and require continued protection under similar terms.
In 5 Minute Lotto, your username and game stats may be visible to other players on the leaderboard.
5. 5 MINUTE LOTTO IS A SIMULATED GAME
5 Minute Lotto is for entertainment only. It uses virtual coins that have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for money or prizes. No real money can be won.
6. DATA STORAGE, SECURITY, AND RETENTION
Data is stored on Google Firebase servers, which use industry-standard security, including encryption in transit and at rest. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your 5 Minute Lotto account at any time in the App under Profile > Delete Account, which permanently removes your account and game data. For Rural Traders, or for any other deletion request, email us and we will remove your information within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or object to its processing. Email admin@ruralconcern.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, such as the EU or California, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA, and we comply with applicable laws.
8. AGE REQUIREMENTS
Rural Traders is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 where required by law). 5 Minute Lotto is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of an App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
